PROCEDURE OF RECRUITMENT FOR PRINCIPALS /

Rule II ACCREDITATION OF FOREIGN PRINCIPALS EMPLOYERS AND PROJECTS

Section 1. Accreditation of Foreign Principals Employers and Projects. Foreign Principals, employer or
                projects in countries or work sites where there are no POLOS (Phil. Overseas Labor Office)
                to verify recruitment documents undergo accreditation at the POEA.

Section 2. Documentary Requirements foe Accreditation. The principal/employers shall submit the
                following documents to the POEA though the Philippine licensed agency for evaluation and
                accreditation:

             a. Special power of attorney or recruitment agreement, o service agreement with Philippine
                 licensed agency;

             b. Master employment contract of the direct employer of foreign placement agency containing
                  for the minimum requirements for contracts of employment of land based workers.

             c. Manpower request indicating the position and salary of the workers o be hired;

             d. Valid business license, registration certificate or equivalents document or proof of existence
                 of project validated or certified by the issuing authority in the host country.


PROFFESIONAL SERVICES OFFERED TO EXISTNG PARTNERS AND POTENTIAL PRINCIPALS:

1. Comprehensive screening and evaluation, manpower selection of all applicants based on the
    qualification and criteria given by our Foreign Principals.

2. Comprehensive Medical Examination for all applicants by our accredited clinics prior to final interview
    and selection.

3. Documentation and processing services

4. For Medical, Nursing and Allied Medical Personnel, we provide orientation and briefing of the Terms
    and Conditions, Job Responsibilities, prior to taking any Licensure Examinations as required by the
    Principal.

5. Personalized assistance to the airport for applicants for departure.

6. Consultancy services, ocular visits and trips to job sites, for follow up of our workers to respective
    agency counterpart, visit to employers designated flat of accommodation to see the welfare of the
    workers.

7. Organized management information system for computerized data based on our documents for
    Global Correspondence and Negotiations.
